Pros and cons of Yes Chef! app for iPhone and iPad

Yes Chef! app good for

Really enjoying this game. Very similar to Candy Crush of course, but it has lots of solid innovations on the formula!
I mainly wrote of a review to nag. Why are others saying this is a Candy Crush Saga copy? First off, its similar, but not a copy whatsoever. Second off, Candy Crush ITSELF is a "copy"! Match-3s have been around since the late 90s. What this game does is innovate and bring new stuff to the table. Great Game.
nice game but whats with the 3 energy use per game? 15 energy = 5 lives so why not just make things simple and give 5 lives?
This is an excellent well designed game. It is engaging, thoughtful, and challenging. The game play keeps you coming back for more. Excellent for both kids and adults. Yes Chef!!!!!
How do i get rid of the wooden boxes in level 38! I try all trick but it wont work help!!!
Totally love this, kind of addictive! Wish there was somewhere to go for game help though, stuck on 38

Some bad moments

This game is relatively flat and low brow. It tries hard and fails to stay relevant. The overall theme of the game suggests to be an easygoing experience but the levels are too hard for a casual game, which makes it in-app-purchase-click-bait-prone and basically worthless and not fun. Ive been stuck at level 62 for 4 weeks now.
A Candy Crush clone thats punishingly unfair with power ups that are horribly overpriced. Save your time and money and avoid this title. Also, how can you spell ingredients wrong so many ways? Cmon. Thats just entry level programming laziness.
I was very surprised to see half-bricks name on this as I usually expect more of them. It bilks cash under the guise of cute derivative gameplay. Half bricks always managed just a but more innovation with their titles. The refills take just enough time to be calculated to run out and require real world money recharge with continuos play and several of the more attractive power ups require the same and each time a mission is failed yet one more offer of real world currency is offered for just a bit more.
It has taken me literally an average of 20 odd tries to pass the levels in the the 80s an 90s. You need to create a better balance of the levels of difficulty. Also, with the new update, I lost about 33 coins. There are glitches.
Game shouldnt be so hard. French translation needs work or should be scrapped altogether.
Wow another match 3 game that almost forces you to pay for power ups and different kinds pf stupid stuff that "help" you throughout the stages which are almost impossible to get through otherwise on the count of an algorithm that makes everything $&&&--!!! Impossible. Plus ive never played a match 3 that makes you have so many "no more moves " to make sure it can reconstruct a stage to make sure you dont finish it. This way of debelloping games is not based on gameplay enjoyment but solely on making money and game develloping companies should feel ashamed of publishing stuff like this . But then again you have other reviewers who give it 5 stars so what the $&@! Do i know about video games
